Keegan Willis played high school baseball at Spring Woods High School, where he competed as a pitcher, catcher, and corner infielder. He continued his playing career at Galveston College, primarily playing catcher, third base, and first base. Following college, Keegan transitioned into coaching youth baseball and has experience working with pitchers, catchers, and hitters. His coaching approach focuses on player development, fundamentals, and helping each athlete reach their full potential.
Sam attended and played softball at Weatherford College, where she competed as an outfielder known for her power at the plate. In addition to providing hitting and fielding instruction at TEA, she also coaches multiple local travel ball teams within the Hotshots Organization and serves as a coach at St. Pius X High School. Her coaching style focuses on player development, confidence, and building strong fundamentals both offensively and defensively.
Savannah Jones is a softball instructor with over six years of coaching experience and a collegiate playing background at two NJCAA Division I programs in Texas. A former pitcher, hitter, and middle infielder, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the game and has worked with athletes at multiple training facilities alongside professional baseball instructors and MLB-affiliated personnel. Savannah utilizes Rapsodo and HitTrax technology to provide data-driven instruction that helps athletes improve mechanics, game awareness, and overall performance. As the founder of Strike Zone Softball, she is passionate about building confident, accountable athletes through positive coaching, strong communication, and long-term player development. Her coaching philosophy blends technical instruction, strategy, and mentorship to help players succeed both on and off the field.
Joseph Lane joined the Prairie View A&M Lady Panthers staff in 2011 and was promoted to Assistant Coach the following season. He specializes in hitting, defensive strategy, player development, and recruiting.
Coach Lane is also the Co-Founder of Full Potential Sports Training Academy, where he has helped develop athletes who have advanced to the junior college, Division I, and professional levels. Under his leadership, Prairie View A&M earned multiple All-SWAC honors and consistently ranked among the conference’s top offensive and defensive programs.
Evany Gonzalez has over 13 years of softball experience and played for the Hotshots Organization under Nathan Nelson before continuing her career at University of New Mexico. A versatile player, she competed as a slapper while playing middle infield, third base, and outfield. Evany currently serves as a full-time assistant coach for the Hotshots Organization, where she focuses on fundamentals, player development, and building athlete confidence.
Haley Crawford has over 13 years of softball experience and played for the Cypress Intruders and Hotshots organizations before continuing her career at Temple College and currently at Southeastern Louisiana University. A right-handed pitcher entering her senior year, Haley brings experience from both the junior college and Division I levels. As a pitching instructor at TEA, she focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving mechanics, and helping athletes develop confidence in the circle.
